Many of our clients' guests simply cannot tell the difference. The biggest giveaway of low-quality faux florals is cheap materials, which is why we source only from premium suppliers.

No — in fact, silk florals often photograph beautifully because they hold their shape perfectly under bright lights and outdoor sun. They won't droop, wilt or go translucent in the heat, which can be a common issue with fresh florals on summer wedding days.

Yes. We work from your colour palette, mood board and inspiration imagery to source or create pieces that complement your chosen aesthetic. Whether you love dusty rose and sage or deep burgundy and ivory, we can build around it.

Silk florals are naturally unscented, which is ideal for allergy-sensitive guests and wedding venues with fragrance restrictions. If you love a scent, we can suggest ways to incorporate fragrance separately, such as candles or diffusers.

Each package is listed in detail on our Packages page and is designed as a starting point. The Essential package is perfect for intimate weddings, the Signature covers most couples' needs across ceremony and reception, and Luxury provides a fully immersive styling experience. All packages include delivery and setup.

Yes. Our packages are guides, not rigid boxes. After your discovery call, we'll prepare a custom itemised quote that reflects exactly what you'd like. Use our online Cost Estimator to get a rough idea of what individual items cost.

All package and item prices shown are inclusive of GST. Delivery and setup within the Sydney metro and Wollongong regions are included. The Southern Highlands and other regional areas may incur an additional logistics fee, which we'll confirm in your quote.

Yes. A $500 non-refundable token deposit secures your date. A 20% deposit is due within 7 days of accepting your quote, with the balance due 30 days prior to your wedding. We don't offer split final balance plans, but speak to us if you have specific needs.

Our minimum booking is the Essential package (from $2,999). This reflects the time, sourcing and logistics involved in every wedding, regardless of scale. We want to ensure every couple receives the full Wedsy experience.

We recommend booking at least 6–9 months ahead, particularly for spring and summer dates (October–February) which fill quickly. That said, we do occasionally have short-notice availability — reach out and we'll let you know.

We'll contact you within 24 hours to arrange a free 30-minute discovery call. On that call we'll discuss your vision, venue, guest count and any specific requests. Within 24 hours of the call, you'll receive a personalised, itemised quote.

For Luxury package bookings, we conduct a venue visit as standard. For Signature bookings, we offer this as an optional add-on. For Essential bookings, we work from venue floor plans and photos, which is sufficient for the scope of the package.

Minor adjustments (adding a vase, changing a colour) can be accommodated up to 6 weeks before your wedding. Major changes to scope or itemisation need to be finalised by 8 weeks prior, subject to availability of materials.

We service Sydney (metro and surrounds), Wollongong and the Illawarra, and the Southern Highlands including Bowral, Berrima and Kangaroo Valley. For venues outside these regions, contact us — we do take select interstate bookings for the right brief.

We work around your venue access window and ceremony/reception timeline. Typically we arrive 2–3 hours before guests are expected to arrive. For larger installations (Luxury package), we may require a longer setup window which we'll confirm with you and your venue coordinator.

Yes, and we love it. We're experienced at working alongside venue decorators, caterers, celebrants and photographers. We'll liaise directly with your venue coordinator to ensure a seamless setup.

Hire items (arches, plinths, vases, candelabras) are collected by our team the following morning or as agreed with your venue. Personal florals and any purchased items are yours to keep.

Silk florals are remarkably resilient — they won't wilt if someone brushes past them or if the weather turns. In the rare case that something is damaged, we carry spares for most items and can make quick adjustments on-site.

For Luxury package bookings, a dedicated stylist remains on-call throughout your event. For other packages, our team completes setup before guests arrive and checks everything is perfect before departing. You'll have a direct contact number for any queries.

The $500 token deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 90 days before your wedding, any further deposits paid (excluding the token) are refunded minus a 15% administration fee. Cancellations within 90 days of the wedding are non-refundable. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

We understand that life happens. If you need to postpone, we'll do our best to transfer your booking to your new date subject to availability. A $250 postponement fee applies. If we're unavailable on your new date, we'll refund all deposits paid excluding the $500 token.

In the extremely unlikely event that we need to cancel (e.g. due to an unforeseen emergency), we will provide a full refund of all amounts paid and help connect you with alternative suppliers. We carry insurance and always have contingency plans in place.

Yes. Our Terms & Conditions include a Force Majeure clause covering events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, extreme weather or government directives). In such cases, we'll work with you to find the fairest possible resolution.
