It starts with a free styling consult where we talk through your vision, venue and palette. We then send a personalised mood board and quote within 48 hours. Once you book, we refine every detail in the lead-up, then handle set-up and pack-down on the day so you can simply enjoy it.
We recommend securing your date 6–12 months ahead, especially for peak spring and autumn weekends. That said, our silk florals are made to order, so we can often accommodate shorter timelines — reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible for your date.

A 25% deposit secures your date, with the balance due four weeks before the wedding. Deposits are transferable should your date change with reasonable notice. Full terms are shared with your quote so everything is clear before you commit.
